1. General & Contractual Relationship

1.1

Identification: Your booking is with Silver Tiger Travel BV, registration number (KVK): 85729973.

1.2

Role as Intermediary: Silver Tiger Travel BV (hereinafter "the Company") acts as an intermediary or organizer between the Client and the respective Promoter of the Event (e.g., Formula 1, circuit owners, or hospitality providers).

1.3

Bound by Third-Party Terms: By acquiring a ticket or package, the Client is bound by the specific terms and conditions of the Promoter in addition to these terms. The Company is not responsible for changes made by the Promoter regarding event schedules, venue layouts, or security protocols.

2. Pricing and Payments

2.1

Service Margin: The price printed on your ticket may not match the price paid. Our prices include a service margin for procurement, handling, international delivery, and 24/7 support.

2.2

Pricing Errors: In the event of an obvious pricing error, the Company reserves the right to cancel the order for a full refund or request the payment difference before confirmation.

2.3

Clearing: A payment is only considered a confirmed booking once funds have fully cleared and availability is verified with our suppliers.

3. Ticket Delivery & Digital Access

3.1

Delivery Timeline: Formula 1 tickets are often released by the Promoter only 5–7 days before the event. The Company is not liable for late delivery provided the tickets are delivered before the start of the event.

3.2

Digital Tickets: Most tickets are now 100% digital (Mobile Tickets or PDF). The Client is responsible for providing a correct email address and ensuring they have a compatible smartphone to access the tickets at the gate.

3.3

Uncollected Tickets: No refunds will be issued for tickets not downloaded or collected, or for Clients who fail to arrive at the event for any reason (including travel delays or visa issues).

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1

Strict Non-Refundability: All bookings are final. Once an order is confirmed, tickets and packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

4.2

Fulfillment Failure: If the Company is unable to fulfill a booking after payment (e.g., due to supplier insolvency), the Client will be offered a comparable alternative or a full refund.

5. Force Majeure & Liability

5.1

Definition: The Company is not liable for failure to perform due to Force Majeure (Unavoidable and Extraordinary Circumstances), including but not limited to: acts of God, war, pandemics, strikes, extreme weather, or event cancellation by the Promoter.

5.2

Liability Limit: In the event of a Force Majeure cancellation, the Company's liability is strictly limited to the refund policies of the primary suppliers. Service fees and handling margins remain non-refundable.

6. Client Responsibility & Behavior

6.1

Travel Requirements: Clients are solely responsible for meeting health and entry requirements (visas, vaccinations, passports) for the destination country.

6.2

Conduct: The Company is not responsible if a Client is denied entry or evicted from the venue by the Promoter or security for inappropriate behavior, intoxication, or violation of circuit rules. No refunds will apply in such cases.

7. Package Travel & Duty of Care

7.1

Package Definition: If your booking includes a combination of travel services (e.g., ticket + hotel), it is considered a Package under EU law.

7.2

Duty of Care: We provide assistance if you encounter difficulties during your trip (e.g., local health services or consular info). We reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee for this assistance if the difficulty was caused by the Client's negligence.

7.3

Hotel Substitutions: In the event of hotel overbooking, the Company reserves the right to provide an alternative of equal or higher standard.

8. Complaints and Disputes

8.1

Timeline: Any complaints must be submitted in writing to Silver Tiger Travel BV within 30 days of the event's conclusion.

8.2

Governing Law: These terms are governed exclusively by Dutch Law. All disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Netherlands.
